Stay Curious Coaching - Career coaching for people in their fifties and sixties to be confident, creative and successful.
Hi, I'm Ed Sharp, lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit.

After a forty-plus years career spanning senior roles at major international advertising agencies, running my own entertainment-marketing agency, being part of a successful tech start-up and latterly working at Oxford University’s Saïd Business School, I am now practicing as an executive coach.

I am currently studying at Henley Business School and aim to have my International Coaching Federation (ICF) accreditation later in 2025.

My particular coaching interest is in working with people 45+. My experience is that many people aged 45 plus can find themselves either; looking to leave the corporate, salaried world but are not sure what to do next, or perhaps they have been made redundant and are anxious as to whether they will be able to find another salaried job to pay the mortgage.

Facing this sudden uncertainty in your late forties, fifties and sixties can come as a big shock to people who up until this moment have had highly successful careers, and I work with my clients to help them rediscover their confidence, creativity and optimism as they explore this next stage of their working lives.

If this description resonates with you, please get in touch to discuss how some coaching might help you move forward.

How we might work together

I offer a number of programmes tailored to clients’ requirements:

  • Book your complimentary intro session here.

2. The Next Steps Session
  • A 90-minute deep-dive 1:1 coaching session.

  • Tailored for someone who is stuck at a crossroads and wanting immediate clarity, with a view to action.

  • Includes a set of written reflection prompts. These are simple, structured questions or exercises provided after the session to help clients deepen their thinking. + 1 week of follow-up email support.

  • Price: £250

3. The Transition Journey
  • 6 × 60-minute sessions over 3–4 months.

  • Structured around William Bridges approach to making successful transitions (Endings → Neutral Zone → New Beginnings).

  • Reflection tools + optional light mentoring when useful and agreed (i.e more directive mentoring versus coaching).

  • Price: £950

4. The New Chapter Programme
  • 12 × 60-minute sessions across 6–9 months.

  • Combines coaching + mentoring, as agreed.

  • Unlimited email support between sessions.

Book a complimentary Clarity Call

We would start with a complimentary 45 minute chat about your current situation, how coaching might help and whether I am the right coach to help you move forward.

If that’s the case, we would then agree to a number of coaching sessions over a period of time. If you are interested, please book your first appointment below.
